Maui Nuptials
This Sacred Embers was created for a beautiful woman that was recently married. Her mom collected some sand from the spot on the beach where the couple stood and exchanged their vows. The pendant represents the Maui ocean and sunset and the beauty of their union.

In honor of Tao
Yesterday I delivered a Sacred Embers to a woman that is a dog rescue person. (Someone that I think has the biggest of hearts). Tao was only 6 months old when he had to be put down because he was deemed to be too timid. He really just needed a longer adjustment time.
When she brought me the ashes of Tao the pain was so very apparent. She brought me a picture to see, he was beautiful. I created this ring for her and the color of the glass is a reminder of Tao's coloring. I pray that the ring, when she looks at it on her finger reminds her of the precious work that she does and the love that Tao had because of her.

Retired AirMan's Sacred Embers
I created these Sacred Embers for a woman and her mom. The ashes were of her father, who was a retired AirMan from the United States AirForce. Below is the message that she sent me:
"Today I picked up Sacred Embers of my dad - one for my mom and one for myself. They are beautiful. My father passed away 8 years ago (yesterday) and now I have a piece of him to keep with me forever. When I first met Carolyn (through the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce) I knew I wanted to have a Sacred Ember created, b...ut wasn't sure how my mom would feel about wanting some of my dad's ashes. I finally asked and when she found out what I wanted to do, she decided to have one made for herself as well. Thank you Carolyn - you are special woman and I am very glad I met you.

Angel idea for Sacred Embers

Here is an idea for Sacred Embers. This angel (which does not have ashes) can be done with ashes for a Sacred Embers. Again, colors, size, etc. will vary.

Many Sacred Embers

Here is a collection of some of the Sacred Embers that I have personally done for myself. There are so many options, all so very personal and unique.
Here are pendants, window ornaments (or suncatchers), a dish. Each one-of-a-kind.

Bob is going on a cruise!

These Sacred Embers were created for a woman to give to her mom, herself and her brother. They hold the ashes of her dad Bob. The family is going on a cruise and it will be the first time Bob wouldn't be there for a family vacation..........but actually he will be there. Present in their Sacred Embers. Such an honor to make this happen for this family.

Bringing healing

I hope that this pendant brings this woman's mom peace and healing after losing her husband of so many years. My heart goes out to her.
Doing Sacred Embers I hear so many wonderful stories of people and have met some great people. I feel so very special to be entrusted with creating these pieces.
